Houston, USA – June 23, 2023 – Maxwell Oil Tools LLC, a subsidiary of MAXWELL Group, and Citadel Casing Solutions LLC are pleased to announce their partnership through the signing of an agreement in the United States (Continental US, US Gulf of Mexico, Alaska). This strategic partnership aims to promote Maxwell’s innovative Multilayer Low Friction on-pipe solutions to the North American market.
Having already established a longstanding friendly cooperation, Citadel and Maxwell have now solidified their collaboration exclusively. Leveraging their combined experience of nearly 100 years in the Oil & Gas sector, the partnership will bring significant advantages to both companies. Citadel will expand and strengthen its product portfolio through the incorporation of Maxwell’s MCC (Multilayer Composite Component) solution. Meanwhile, Maxwell will benefit from enhanced market penetration and better customer support in the United States. With its MCC low friction solution, Maxwell has set new standards for quality, reliability, and performance within the industry.
